Content Rewrite with programming

I need a little help from codeproject.

Please let me know any programming snippet which can rewrite the content written/submitted by a user, but meaning should remain same?

Is it possible? If it is possible, please guide me.

this is absolutely part of Artificial Intelligence coz how can we determine which word will sufficient at which sentence? Needs a parser to work with this.

Example:

The sun's magnetic field changes polarity approximately every 11 years and Nasa scientist think the reversal could happen any day now.
The pole reversal happens at the peak of each solar cycle as the sun's "inner magnetic dynamo" reorganises itself.
The change causes a "ripple effect" across the entire solar system, according to solar physicist Todd Hoeksema from Stanford University.
With the sun at its peak its magnetic field could interfere with Earth's own magnetic field, which could increase the number and range of auroras.
it could also have an effect on power distribution grids and GPS satellites.

If you can observe both the text, there is some change in words but the meaning of the context remains same.

Please let me know any example or code snippet which can help me out.

A long time ago, I have used Link Grammar Parser for parsing english words. Check if this can be of any use for you

Hi Dave Kreskowiak,

I do have an idea to go forward to develop an Artificial intelligence program.

I will explain in few words,

Currently, all the software that are used to rewrite an article doesn't give accurate output. For example, in the example posted in my previous comments, "Solar System" is changed to "Solar Scheme". Scheme is a synonym of System, but in this context System is referred to Science but it got replaced with Scheme which is wrong and doesn't make any sense.

So I can write a program which actually understands the context, I know its pain to write from scratch, so I posted here to know is any solution or opensource is available so that I can modify it to meet my requirement.
