SMS service using C# windows application without using sms gateway?

Hi,
I am developing an sms alert application in which i want to send SMS alert to the users, but i don't want to use free/paid sms gateway to send sms.
Is there any web service who will use my phone number to send sms online, i means the sms charges will be deducted from my number ?
This can be achieved if i use GSM Modem to send sms but i don't want hardware dependencies.

Good idea though.. But I am wondering - If you do not want to use gateway neither GSM modem, how will be the sms contents and receiver's number will be sent to the Telecom company. Are you planning to print them and send by courier to the telecom company so that they can send the SMS over GSM network?

really its good idea i will work on it, i can give you some hints

there are free website which will provide a sms to send , like way2sms,fullmoons and some many more try to send using there login account

way2sms & 160by2 blocked their api for bulk messaging..... free sms provider also get blocked soon.
