tools like toolBox in VisualStadio

Hi,

I'm C# programmer and I have one windows application project.

I want to know how can we use some tools, like toolBox in VisualStadio, that show when the cursor is on its tab header, and it opens and closes when cursor moves on it and we can fix it in our page.

I hope I can tell you my purpose concept.
