People Picker not getting populated in the Sharepoint site

Hello,

Here i am facing some weird issue.
I have a People Picker, which is being populated from a SharePoint list based on the selection in the dropdown. The data connections are made properly and the functionality is working as expected when i do a Preview in the Infopath 2010.
But when i publish the Infopath in the Sharepoint site, the functionality is not working. When i perform the necessary action the rule to set the People picker is not working.
Following are the values of the People Picker that i am setting in the Rule-
AccountID
Display Name
& Account Type.
Can someone please help me in this issue.

Any error occured????? may there will be some problem in connection.. and set only Account Id of People picker. the display name and account type will be populated according to account Id only.

i have a new connection that is made, i have published the Infopath form so automatically the data connection will also be published. Correct me here if i am wrong.
And earlier i was using only account id, but in that case user has to press the Check User button which is to be avoided.
And no error is getting displayed, the functionality is working fine in the Infopath Preview screen but not in the actual site list.

the other way is tht you can populate the people picker using workflow also.. according to the value selected in dropdown.

yes that is possible, but if the functionality is working in the Preview mode (Form Filler) why is it not working when i publish the infopath form to the SharePoint? Any inputs on that?
