please help me! i want to sync data between gmail and software, but i don't have much knowledge about it. every can help me understand deeply about it, thank so much!

Not clear. What exactly do you want to achieve, what are the problems? Make sure you provide sufficient detail.

thank sergey take care! when other people sent gmail to me then software will notice me and i can read mail and response again on my software. (software is coded by c#)

Throw away that software. Install chrome and enable Gmail Desktop notifications http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/42346/how-to-enable-desktop-notifications-for-gmail-in-chrome/

You can also use google talk to get notifications about new emails
