i have one rich text box and this text box i have four lines this four line should be save in multiple coloumn please help me

means

in one textbox values i give enter like

aaaa
bbbb
cccc
dddd

this value in one textbox

but it should be save in multi column like

aaaa bbbb cccc ddddd

Textboxes do not have "columns" so your "question" if one existed would not make any sense. If you want to display text that way then format it that way.
