Ajax controll toolkit is not adding in my project

i am adding ajax controll tool kit in tool box but all the tools of ajax is not showing in tool box i have did sevral times reset tool box and then again add it....
but the problem is that my ajax controles are hidden in tab and i cant add then on my page

i am using 3.5 version
and 1st i am add a tab then choose itm and then browse ajax dll and add it in tab

i just download it from microsoft site link and i am pretty sure that its latest version
and its version is 4.1.0607
