Issues in google Map

Hi,

Am using google map in my website and create custom location pin using the following tutorial..

but when i use the steps in the above link the location pin shows correctly on my location but the map comes in center of the div so i just want to move the map little bit right ..i searched in google maps api forum and in google maps controls settings..i can't find any solutions related to my issue...

so what i need is the map will move little bit right by default

and also the google map controls like zoom and street view is not coming properly .. i don't why it shows like this
