No.. C# is serve side language.... Not everything in presentation layer can be done with C#.. Use HTML 5 http://www.html5rocks.com/en/features/graphics

You can draw 3D image on server side by C#. after that the user can download and display it.

this is not only just a work. Actually my requirement is,draw a cube dynamically first.Then i need to draw lines from a particular distance from that cube. That distance should be given by the user while running(dynamically). The lines might be in different thickness or in different height. Is it possible to do?
