i have created three comboboxes in datagridview and now i want to retrieve data from database and populate second combobox based on first and populate third combobox based on second

I assume you are talking about DataGridViewComboBox column? You have three DataGridViewComboBoxColumn? Is this the case ?

in 2nd combobox should be load according to 1st combobox datavaluefield.
