error showing while form load

i had build the project yesterday and was running absoulutey fine. but same when today i tried to run showing error. no forms can be loaded.

the error showing is
Cannot open database "record" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'LADY4\Administrator'.

and at runtime in immidiate window showing these messages

A first chance exception of type 'System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException' occurred in System.Data.dll

it sounds like when the form opens it is trying to automaticly loginto the server.
1: Possibly the server is not available, or has shut down ?
2: the login information is not correct or possibly it is expired ?
3: it can't find the database ?
Is this a web application, a windows forms application, or a wfp application ?
