Getting Active file content

Hi

Am using the Atcc Device - Phoenix II automatic Traffic recorder Classifier/Counter . In this how to read the active File content. i want to read the active file. i tested live with the device am getting the live record file but when i click the file am get the response, only for a certain period after sometimes it shows the Null reference - such as the response as NULL.am not getting the values finally am getting only NULL response.

Please anyone help me in this regard. i would be pleased if someone help me in this regard. Thanks in advance.

You probably need to contact the people who wrote the software for the device.

Maybe the file finished streaming and your code fail to recognize the fact, so then the buffer runs out, then nothing. Are you saving as you go, double buffer, etc? Or perhaps your clicking stops and starts the file, but you failed to find the thread, get your signal back, or ...
