Visual studio 2012 unload project create in visual studio 2010

I have a project created in VS2010 .When I am trying to open it in VS2012 it unload all projects from solution. Any suggestion ?

Never saw such things. Probably more detailed information can help. How about the sequence to reproduce, starting from the opening of the VS? What projects to you load into solution, of which versions of the tool? Can you reproduce the problem of minimal set, say, only two project?

provide some more details about the error or about the project you are trying to load.

I have the same issue but the other way round! vs2010 unloads all the projects from the solution, it happens only on one Windows server 2012, all other machines are fine. I never really found what the problem is.
