How to close open file from the task manager application.

I have 3 word document which are opened. Now i want to close one of that opened 3 document programatically. When word document is open that time that document is locked by windows. I want to find that process which uses that specific document and want to kill that process. But simultaneously i don't want to close my other open documents.
