How to post content to Google plus or facebook through database

I need a script that will automatically post content to our Google Plus page upon form submission. The form is basically a custom content submission form where the article currently gets saved into a database but I also need it (as well as the photo) posted to Google+ and facebook.

Well I suggest you first start by looking at the developer pages on the respective sites. You will find details of the api implementations to allow you to do this. Then you can search these keywords on Google or CP to find related articles on the subject matter.
