Hi,

When Developing Web Chat Application, the request send to the particular chat user. The destination chat user should receive automatically display senders' request, so that, sender and recipient can talk privately.

how to develop this kind of scenario...

You should do some research on this. Search on google you'll get thousands of results on this.

Google is your friend: Be nice and visit him often. He can answer questions a lot more quickly than posting them here...

A very quick search using your subject as the search term gave 2.4 million hits: private chat request c#[^]

In future, please try to do at least basic research yourself, and not waste your time or ours.
