It's me you saw a real-time face detection and recognition. Was excellent. It may help me, so I can use your proposed method, if the input is an image. Not a picture in real time from a webcam.
In other words: offline time

You are correct. But, it looks like a question about face detection, but addressed to the writer of some article.

Don't post this under Quick Answers - if you got the code from an article, then there is a "new message" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
Posting this here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them.
