Log4net not logging after publishing my program

I have created a console app in which logging is done correctly using log4net, while debuging. But after publishing my app (Click once app or .exe) logging is not working, even though my application is working fine.

Is there any way to make log4net work in my final click-once app?

Are you using attributes to configure log4net? If so please read the FAQ available on log4net site.

Where do you expect the logfile to be found? on C:\?
Did you check that the log4net dlls are properly deployed with your application?
