Malayalam font to unicode and viceversa

Hi everybody,
I am developing a web site , in that i want to show some malayalam news , and the user can copy the news from other malayalam site and paste in my site, but the after uploading the news should be readable by the user in malayalam. Is there any solution for this, Please help me.
