Is it possible to find number of users using mail server and game server in
asp.net with c# code?

Yes it is possible. For web application we can add count for users in global.asax file

0) Using a mail server :

If you mean at a given instant, no. If you mean many accounts there are, yes, through active directory you can just count the users.

1) Using a game server :

Yes, but only if the game is broadcasting that value (or saving it in a database or data file).
