If you type that in to google, or even the search on this site, you'll find tons of info. The best way is to write a data layer that performs your operations, but lots of tools for non programmers also exist

I searched but all for 4.0 or 4.5.

I need for asp.net 3.5 .

It really doesn't change. The MSDN has drop downs to let you choose your version. I bet there's older version tutorials about.
