How do i make VB take info from my read only textbox and insert it onto a website?

I'm making an account checker (checks if my accounts are not banned) and i made a read only textbox and so far i can insert .txt files onto the textbox but how do i make my bot take the username and password from that .txt file and put it on a website?

Before your accounts are being banned you must be causing problems on those sites. It would be easier just to stop doing what your doing and stop getting banned!
