how can i control my android app from button in the web page to do something in app ?

Do you mean like a button in a web page viewed in a browser embedded in the app, or something else? Because I've seen examples for the former...

mmm.. i meant locking my mobile phone from my webpage if and only if i submit it by a specific botton

In that case, you may want to check out Prey ( http://preyproject.com/ ) it's open source so the source code should be around somewhere, and they have an Android version.

Please use a sensible and intelligent subject line. Everyone posting here wants to know if htere's a way to do something.

Your android app can poll a web service to get data from a website, and then react to that. Of course, that would cost a lot of money for people with limited data plans, but that's the only way. Your web site cannot push data to your app. Unless the app actually opens a port and tells the website it is running and listening on that port, I guess, but that doesn't seem very scalable to me.
