How to create RSS app?

Hello,
Can anybody help me on how to create RSS apps (Like news papers,news media, etc.)? I mean if there are books or online tutorials? Am using C++ XE3 Builder, thanks in advance.

Why is your title "...implement XML in C++" if you're trying to do RSS? Be as clear and concise as you can be with your title... this will help draw in the right people to help.

In addition to Albert's comment. You can change the title or add more information to clarify it, if you use the "improve question" widget
