can someone tell me how can i maintain the payout in just in between the 10am and 10pm

i wanted to manage the payout, in that under the one person two person added when two person add then the parent node will get 1000 rs in the session 10am to 10pm after words number of person will be added in child node but they will not get the money.....

so how can i do this....????

Suppose A is Parent.,If Two persons added by A as LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE in between time 10am to 10pm then the A will get the 1000rs Commission.... how should i do this sir...???

It's like a Chain process Business.

Assume that A is Parent. If Two persons added by A, Then A get paid 1000 Rs.
This amount Should be added Between 10AM to 10PM.

yah, exactly that is the chain process business....A is parent and if two person added then A got commission 1000rs but condition is that under A if two person added in time 10am to 10pm then it will get commission otherwise not get the commission...
