I guess I'll be downvoted for this one but your question reminds me of a joke...
"doctor when I do this it hurts ! I mean a lot! Whenever I do this! What shall I do?" and the doctor to say: "Stop doing this"

My 2 cents about your question: an application with 150 entries in a toolstrip will not help any end-user. You should probably think of a complete alternative solution than toolstrip...

Ok, my purpose wasn't to put 150 (tools) in my toolstrip I Just want to make my own tabbed customized webbrowser. and i was using the toolstrip as a tab control, because I don't like the design of the defult tab control; I want to make my own customized design. and I succeed in doing this, but my problem is that when I add a lot tabs, not all of tabs appears, but they are added to my toolstrip. I think my problem is that the toolstrip doesn't have scroll

No, this is not your purpose. You purpose it so write not only useful application, but also usable. This is, pretty much, the opposite to the toolstrip you want to have. Don't even try to make something good out of it, better radically review your design. And don't expect that any good expert will waste time on helping you to do things which make no sense.
Better, accept this answer formally (green button).

Down-votes still can be expected, but my vote is 5.
This answer is precisely to the point (but may be a bit too obvious).
