Problems with openGLwith C#

Hi everyone,
I have made a application like paint.I used csgl.dll,Visual Studio 2010 and i developed it in c#.But when i click exe i can't see my openGL controls i see my desktop:S How can i solve this problem?By the way i'am usin windows 7 operating system.

Does that mean that your program doesn't start at all?
Does your program paint its window frame but nothing in it?

Please ensure SwapBuffer() called after all drawing.
If possible please provide code of OpenGL initialization and drawing code.

Thanks for your answers.My code is working truly on another computer.I think it is a driver problem or something.
