How to Create a page Dynamically?

Hi,

I have a question and want to know the answer. I am creating a Blog/Forum like website. And I want to create a personal Profile Page for every user.

Like here in CP website, based on Template (Masterpage), I want to create user's page with username.aspx dynamically. I want some Ideas.

What do you mean by "dynamically create"?

I mean, automatically by Website. Not by adding Add New Item and further manual process, directly by system itself.
