executing SSIS Package from different server

Hi,
I need some help how to execute SSIS from different server. I'm using C#.NET. also want to open a .txt file that exist in different server, from my C#.NET program.

It totally depends on what is there on that server. It may or may not serve up that files using one or another protocol, something you did not tell us...
