How to use custom style in balloon popup extender in ajax control

Hi..
Im using balloon popup extender in my application. I used both rectangle and cloud style,but dont know how to use custom style in it. I tried my own image with text in custom,but the image is not coming only the text appeared. Plz guide how to use custom style...

keep in mind ! here nobody has duty to answer anyone!
set this :

HTML

 BalloonStyle= "Custom"
 CustomClassName="CustomEffect"
 BalloonSize=Small 
CustomCssUrl="Styles/ControlsCustomStyle.css"

now you need to define a frame for your ballon (make it with paint or photoshop)
well if you know css , you can make your own custom style for your ballon
