How to Convert English Language Project to Arabic Language Project

Dear Friends,

Here i have Developed one windows Application Project that Project is Built in English Language.So now i want to convert that project from English Language to Arabic Language.It should Convert all Control names from Englisg to Arabic.So if any Information Regarding this please share the Information.

First of all, you need to tag your application type: WPF, Forms, what?
