HTML table Export to Excel not working

I am using export to Excel (From HTML to Excel).

But, when i open the excel there is no content and the excel has showing only html and body tag.

Really? I'm not able to get to the article. I keep getting this:

Yes, it looks like the article has been deleted but I can still see the content, quite odd... However, did you check the links in solution 2? those mainly seem to work fine.
