Submitted artcle & and tip is not listed

Today i have submitted an article and tip/trick. but there are appearing on my list as pending. why is that? Should i submit again?

An another thing i can no recover my tip/trick to do some changes. content is all gone from the wizard.

No. Normally, you need to wait some time (pretty short period of time, usually). Is your article marked "unedited"? Later on, an editor will decide to finally publish it, after final editing.
