.net 4.0 win app installtion

I have developed a .net 4 win application which connects to the sql server 2005 express.

Now, I would like to install the app on a windows xp home sp3 machine.
There is sql server 2005 express management studio already.
The problem is installation of the application. So I try to install .net 4 framework but it gives the error:

Installation failed with error code:
(0x800C0005) (

How can I solve this please?
