timer control in asp.net

i have a panel in which there is div tag and inside div tag there is Flash file. so after 15 seconds i want to visible flase that panel with flash.

so , timer control does not work .....

please help.

Apart from using timercontrol, solution1 of autorefresh of UpdatePanel is a good idea.
