link 3 company with out internet

Hi 1.I am looking for a solution to create an application that link 3 companies without internet
2.I need to know which type of application win application , web application or anything else
(first company some forms on paper and need to insert them in to data base
seconde company need read and create report and analise them
and send thrm to last company)

what kind of facilities you want to provide them ?

1.first company only write information on data base
2.seconde company only read from data base
3.and last on read create report create chart and else

its quite simple create a web or desktop application with central database and perform what ever actions you want. In both desktop/web application you have to implement Role and Rights. In your scenario 1st company have rights of read/write where as other two company have read rights only.

If they don't have internet, how shall they exchange the database (data file)?
- CD-ROM or USB-Massstoragedevice via courier
- Telephone/Modem
