Dear All,
I have a project of Classic Asp with Access Data base now i want to convert it into Asp.net C# (Aspx), kindly assist me how i convert all files to aspx.

i read the MSDN but unable to understand, is there any tool for conversion

Such tool is hardly possible, or it could not be really useful, as those two technologies are too different. You should follow the recommendations give in this very informative article. If you are not able to understand... well, probably you need some more education and experience... you hardly can find a shortcut.
