The best help I can give you is this:

1) Breakdown your application into it's logical components based on the model you wish to employ:
--- a) Database
--- b) Domain -> Database communication
--- c) Domain level
--- d) Application level
--- e) UI
2) Design each of the layers
3) Tie them together

At any given time, if you have a specific question while in the process of doing any of this, ask that specific question and we'll be very happy to help you out.

Remember, you only get out of a project based on the effort you put in.
