Cut Image into puzzle pieces

Hello
I searched every where but I didn't find any solutin !
I know how to cut an Image into rectangles to form a puzzle out of it
but I need to know how to cut the image into puzzle pieces each piece has a Shape with 4 semi circles excluding the edges (only 3) and then display pieces on screen
by the way I'm working on Wpf C# only

Any Help?
