I would wait until the day the homework is actually due to start having a panic attack. Until then you have more time to procrastinate. Why don't you relax and watch some TV, maybe order a pizza, take a long nap after lunch, and stuff like that. Just make sure you wander by the shower before dinner time. If, when walking past your computer, you glare at it and then grimmace a little, you can rationalize to yourself that you at least THOUGHT about doing your homework.

How would anybody know about the requirements of your project and about what problems you have, if you don't even give the slightest bit of information??? A puzzle project? Could be anything.
If you want others to help you, then help them by giving enough information and showing some effort.

They are part of the Board of Education und Training Program Improvement at Sakarya University's department of Computer Engineering. I mean, since you have no idea about what to do and don't even know, how to do the most simple research yourself, maybe your department needs some improvement in their training program. A start would be "how to use Google" and "how to ask a meaningful question".

Then surely you can't.

Check these options

1. Better ask your lecturer to give more time(say a month or two), in the mean time you can learn the things & you can start & complete the project.

2. Ask your lecturer for alternate project(which you can) but make sure it'll take the same 2 days.

3. Contact your senior students(who did the same project) & use them to complete your project(In proper way).

4. Any cheating way. Caution : High risk & dangerous. Don't do that.

5. That's all, AFAIK there is no other options. You will be a hero on that day(Project submission day) if you didn't complete the project.
