Dear all,

I am trying to decode a string which is encoded in BER format.In that string,one of the tag value is 80(hexavalue).whats the meaning of that tag?

Please do reply for this as soon as possible.I am eagerly waiting for your reply.Thanks in advance.

Do not urge people, they help you in their spare time, for free. If you put "urgent/as soon as possible" in your request you will just put people off.
