How can I set calendar background color in VC#?

I tried to set background color for the Calendar in Property, but it always have Blank color. If I do the same for VB, then it would be OK!

Anyone knows why?

Hi,
When I created my design (ie:Main.cs[design]), I add a MonthCalendar in it. In Property Window of MonthCalendar, it shows BackColor = White & ForeColor = Black.

I did try to change BackColor with different colors ... but it remains BackColor = White! :doh:

I hope that I describe more clearly now!
