The different Parameters like level and number of options are selected by user.

Well if it is your final project, you should be coming up with the ideas and no the CodeProject users. Once you have the ideas, try and implement them. If you get stuck with a particular part, then come back and ask a specific question.

Good luck with your project: we can probably help you here when you have specific problems, after you have finished the requirements and specifications.

Who authors the questions, and how are they linked to content in the chapter ? Is this project meant to be used by the quiz creator, and then create a quiz to be taken by the end user: while that seems logical, it's better you tell us exactly what the design is.
