Android PHP server connection

Hi my project about android

I want to create the application in Android when click on Button send parameter(for example send 0 or 1) to Mysql with php query. I try to search and see all the forum but I can not find the complete and clear code in both side android side and php side. please help me if you know. thanks every one !!
