VC++ DLL wich works in XP but not in Windows 7

I have DLL which is in VC++ iam using that dll in c# it was working fine in XP same thing i did in windows 7 it was not working.

please help me how to do a dll which can work in both XP and Windows 7

Explain what "was not working" means; nobody can guess what your problem is. And please put any additional information into your original question.

Ya , please tell what happens exactly, is the look and feel has changed or some part of your application in not working and what is the scenario ?

Really just a guess - isn't your system Win7 64bits? If yes, try to set target platform on C# project settings to x86...
