Also there is rudeness in his question.......
Step are as below for creating Masterpage in Asp.net..
1)open your Microsoft visual studio..
2)click on File menu..
3)than click on new tab
4)than click on website option..
5)select file location where you want to save your website
6)click on solution explorer,
7)right click on website
8)than go in blow order
Add->new Item
9)one popup window is opened...there are different items are available,
10)you have to select master page than click on add button..
11)your master page is ready..
12)now you can add child page on right click on master page and add content page..
