How to fix the error "Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt" while trying to convert a wav file mp3 file in windows.But the conversion working on web application without any error.

Without any idea of how your app is doing the conversion, we would be completely guessing...
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.

Are you trying to access any exposed DLL method which is in some unmanaged area?

It would seem that you are using native win32 methods and/or using pointers in your app; the easy way to get an error like that is to mess up a pointer location.
