Switching between two Applications

I have two Applications. They are published as separate Applications. I want to navigate between these two Applications. It is possible to navigate from First Application to the Second. But not possible to navigate back to the First Application. But in local it works correctly. In the published Applications, one way navigation is possible. But return by using domain name is not possible. Instead of domain name, if Ip address is given,then it works properly. I have used frames in my Application.
