How to encrypt large data using rsa Algorithm in c#

I am trying to encrypt a file which is about 300kb size.I'm using RSA Algorithm but it is not able to encrypt my file and throws exception. is their any other way to achieve my task ?

Never saw a real problem with RSA. Please make a ****short**** code sample and post it, I'll see what's the problem.
