delete sql row asp.net

i have sql query
string strQuery = "DELETE FROM [USER] WHERE RoomID=" + Session["CURRENTROOM_ID"].ToString() + " AND ugid=" + strID;

i pass the ugid from another page and it work fine

i want to modify sql query to delete row where
ugid=" + strID
nick=" + strID1
ip=" + strID2
LoggedTime=" + strID3

i can pass all the value fine only need the sql query

i tried everything every time i get
error converting the nvarchar value to a column of data type int.

can anyone help me with that

note :
[ugid] [bigint] NOT NULL CONSTRAINT [DF_ChatUser_ugid] DEFAULT ((0)),
[nick] [nvarchar](50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NULL,
[ip] [nvarchar](20) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NULL,
[LoggedTime] [datetime] NULL

convert the value using
store the value in variable x
int.parse(x);

when i use

and
nick=" + x
i get error
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid column name 'nick'.

Convert.ToInt32(strID1);

can you post me the entire page after passing nick and use it instead if ugid

now when i make the query like this

if field nick have a word like theanil i get the error
